Well, we made it! It was a ball and hard all at the same time. Bobby, David, Heidi, Darryl, & myself did a Sprint Tri in Clermont over the weekend. Darryl's wife Jennifer graduated with Bobby and I from High school and it was wonderful to visit with her again. For Bobby & I it was our 1st one of this season, so short and go slow is my motto! The distances are 1/4 mile swim, 7 mile cycle, and 1.5 mile run. So not far you think one on one, but putting them together with no rest in between is tricky and challenging at best. We were pleased with our times and looking forward to the next one...not sure when yet.
